The Press Office handles all media enquiries on behalf of Thames Water and its employees.

Our office hours are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday-Friday, and we operate a 24-hour emergency service for urgent press calls. Dialling any of the numbers shown below, out of office hours, will direct you to the Duty Press Officer.

Please note the Press Office only deals with enquiries from members of the press. If you are not a journalist or broadcaster, and you have a question about Thames Water, contact the main switchboard on 0118 373 8000.
