Please let us know of any changes to your:

  • Name
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Bank account details (if it will affect your Direct Debit payments)

Alternatively, please call our Customer Centre on 0845 9200 888, open weekdays from 8am to 8pm, and Saturday from 8am to 1pm (Minicom: 0845 7200 899).

Please note under the Data Protection Act, we can only discuss or change account details with people named on the account.

Account holders

If you wish to include additional people on your account we will need confirmation from them and from you.

If the main account holder leaves the property and you are a named account holder who is staying at the property, you can email us to let us know.

If the people remaining at the property are not currently named on the account you will need to complete the moving home form.

Refurbishments and renovations

If you are making changes to your property, for example converting a house into flats, or need a new water supply, please see our services for developers web pages.

If you are granted power of attorney please send a copy of all supporting documents to:
